Nick DiCosola
PRESIDENT
For more than 25 years, Nick DiCosola has built a career across construction, development, and real estate investment. As Principal and founder of the DiCosola brand, he leads projects and strategic initiatives nationwide across multi-family, commercial, retail, pharmaceutical, and residential sectors.
His experience spans ground-up development, adaptive reuse, project turnarounds, owner’s representation, advisory services, and more than $250 million in redevelopment and repositioning work. Nick brings a practical, analytical approach to every project, helping clients and partners make informed decisions that support long-term value.
Marie DiCosola
Director
For more than 15 years, Marie DiCosola has worked across luxury residential construction, property management, commercial renovation, and real estate investment. Her attention to detail and service-driven approach have helped clients maximize property value while receiving highly personalized guidance.
Since joining Jameson Sotheby’s in 2020, Marie has advised residential buyers, sellers, and investors on property evaluation, complex transactions, relocation, acquisition, and disposition strategy. Her experience in operations, investment, and client service brings an additional perspective to the DiCosola team.
